6/2/21: I called in the morning and made a 2pm appointment with the person on the phone. I arrived at 1:50pm. After saying I have a 2pm appt, she (I believe her name was Janice) asked with whom and I said I was not given a name. She then said she had another couple ahead of me so I asked “so I don’t have a 2pm appt?” to which she responded “you would have if you were put in the system”...wow. I’m a customer who called in and made an appointment, I have no clue how their business works but I certainly would have responded differently and politely. I decided that was not for me.
