    If you want a company that does not take phone calls and orders parts that take 3 weeks to deliver, this is your team! My insurance company hired Service Pros and I was hopeful at first. The technician was knowledgeable, left me a business card and told me I'd have part come in a couple days and then have a repaired dishwasher. I've tried calling and emailing them several times and they do not communicate. They FAIL at communications. I contacted my warranty company to find the part taking 16 days to deliver, and surprise, the part is available NEXT DAY on Amazon. I'm going to reach back out to my warranty and ask if I can hire my own plumber to fix this and have my service call cover his labor. I'm more upset about their failure in communication. They work in the SERVICE industry. Communication is key. Try harder. I'd like to give two stars because the service guy was professional but being ignored and lied to just gives one star vibes.

    HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Google would not let me give them zero stars. No one answers the phone or returns messages. I called and left multiple messages and after almost 4 months I call and they have marked my account as completed without even a call. I would highly recommend going to anyone else. They don't seem to care about their customers. They should loose their referrals from Viking for sure. Don't waste your time with them. I told them I was going to complain and they said go ahead and make complaints to whoever I want. They did not care.

    Service Pros was assigned to fix my dishwasher and upstairs refrigerator. They took the money for service call. Its been almost 1 month and they could not fix either appliance. They keep saying they ordered the wrong part or the part is broken and they have to get another one. Try calling their phone number. They never answer. The technician that initially came to my house said that they only answer between 8-9am. Terrible service. My appliance is still not fixed.

    Service pro is the worst repair company for warranty service. They came out last month to fix my refrigerator. After a week it broke down again. Call and left messages. Never call you back. It's been 3weeks still dont have an update. Please try not to do business with service pro. To avoid headaches and stress you them. Bad customer service.
