We are so grateful for the professionalism received from the entire staff at Valley Hospital Medical Center. The care received from the paramedics, the administrative staff, security personnel, and especially the entire emergency medical team was second to none. Thank you so much!!

I was transferred by ambulance from Pahrump for cardiac issues The initial Doctors were concerned and gave me Meds to help. They said they were going to admit me and I needed to wait for a room. They moved me to a room with another patient waiting for a room, she was 75 I'm 72. They left us there for a few hours with no one checking on us. I started paging them to take us to the bathroom but didn't get anyone for another 45 min. Finally they escorted us to the bathroom then left us again. The lady next to me got upset and started yelling, she checked herself out and went home.
I had a rude nurse come, tell me the cardiologist was going to do a cardiac catheterization. I hadn't seen a cardiologist.
I became upset and my blood pressure went over 200. All in all, he transferred me to another section of the ER. The next day, after being there 2 days. I did not see a cardiologist or any more Doctors. No tests were ordered. I was asked if I wanted to go home. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I have to say that my stay at Valley Hospital was a very pleasant one. Every single staff member that I came across was very nice and I made it a point to let them know. The Nurses, CNA, student nurses, etc. I felt that I was very well taken care of during my 3 day stay at Valley Hospital. My dad has been in Valley Hospital a couple of times and has expressed how pleased he was with the care there and how nice everyone was. I again thank every single person who made my stay as pleasant as it was.

The whole staff at Valley Medical Center was great! They were attentive to my medical needs while in the emergency room, and Im grateful for all that attended to me.
