Kept changing management companies. The drains ALWAYS get clogged and the toilets clog alot! Just by using tissue, or they run after you flush them. The previous management was aware of Chaps applications however they wouldn't allow me to resign my lease while waiting for Chaps, and once they received the payment, they told me it was past the resign date. I was told to pay the month to month price of 2300 for 2 months then I could resign. However that was false. They refused to put into writing what the time frame and reasoning was for not allowing me to resign. Then they changed e the property management so the new people were not aware of any of the history

I moved here on October 2022 , the staff is amazing they are on top of their game, i have put a few work orders in , an they have handle it with in 2-4 hrs ,im so use to other complexes taking 48hrs or sometimes even longer. neighbors keep to themselves, parking is amazing specially if you have more then one car.

Please, please dont live here! Living here has caused frustration and pain- I had a year lease, which included tons of hidden fees and raised prices. I got a new job in Boston and renewed my lease for three months. After moving out and moving to Boston, they kept my deposit and charged me $8674 in damages for not giving them 60-days notice, even though we did multiple times, including when signing the new lease. The people in the office were nice, but this company is super shady and Im still dealing with the repercussions of choosing this apartment complex as my home. Save your self the trouble and dont.
