There's no way to say this nicely - however, if I help another person from making a mistake by using this storage facility it will be worth the effort and time it took to write this review. Too bad I can't give this bad storage facility and the evil owner a zero rating. I parked my Lazy Daze RV at this facility for a number of years. I always paid my rent on time (auto payment each month), and thought the facility was relatively secure as you're assigned a gate code and "supposedly" they have security cameras. (I say supposedly since no has ever offered to look through so called "security" footage. Since July 2020 my RV has been broken into three (3) times. The first time I was contacted, apparently the thieves had tried to come in through the RV door on the side, but finally were able to damage a window to gain entrance. The so called "watchman" had reported the incident and the sheriff appeared shortly after I arrived. The management reported that a cable had been cut on the fence allowing the thieves to gain entrance. The thieves basically stole all the electronics which consisted of my XM radio, GPS, and TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system). My other items were dumped on the floor and when I noticed a syringe on the floor and pointed it out to the sheriff he quipped, "Look's like they left behind their drug hot shot." My insurance company of course paid the claim (with my $500 deductible). The second time was a few months later when I was called again because my door and window were open. I don't know if you can call it lucky, but the trailer parked next to me was burglarized and the thieves must have gotten "spooked" before they emptied mine again. However, the door and window were again damaged which I paid for out of pocket instead of filing another insurance claim. The third time was recently in December 2023 when I was preparing to leave for the winter and started my RV to fuel it up and give it a quick wash. I had spent the day loading my RV and when I started it there was a huge, sickening loud roar. I immediately knew (and my RV repair person confirmed it) that my catalytic converter had been stolen. I reported the incident to the office manager who stated that some other RV's had catalytic converter thefts in October but didn't know the "exact" date. Again, no camera footage was "available." At that point I "did" contact the owner after hours (8:15 p.m.) and just wanted some information as to why thefts continue to happen at her property, and I reminded her that I've had three break-in's now. She quickly cut me off saying she was in the process of bathing her four year old grandson and would call me the next day. She didn't call me, but had the office manager do her "dirty work" telling me that apparently I "wasn't happy" and should find another facility to store my RV ASAP. Seriously, who WOULD be happy if you're paying a facility to store your RV and it had been broken into/compromised that many times? The owner is basically only concerned about getting your storage fee, but as for security you're on your own. I'm traveling in my RV for the winter and needless to say I won't be storing my RV there any longer. I'm single and retired and the drama and stress this facility has caused me is wrong on so many levels. I've probably only written a handful of reviews, but if you value your belongings and/or RV/trailer skip this facility and seek storage at a facility that has proper security in place as well as values you as a customer.
