If I could give less than one star I would. I used them for a large event (13k people). When the generators were delivered I was told they needed a forklift to unload. That would have been good info to have up front. The cables were in a pile and connections I needed were missing. What should have been plug and play turned into me calling an outside electrician to help. Throughout the whole process everyone involved was feigning no knowledge about how the generators and systems worked.

I am property manager in Tampa, Fl. and I work with several vendors on a daily basis. Victor and the Paramount Power team consistently go above and beyond whenever I need assistance on my community with my generator. When I call them, its usually urgent and they have someone onsite within the hour every time. I'm not sure how they do it to be completely honest. I sincerely appreciate the service they provide which is what compelled me to leave them a great review. There just aren't many vendors that provide the level of service that they give.
