        Brought my truck yesterday to have an OEM radio replaced. I was told would take 1 to 1.5 hours. Dropped the truck off today before they opened at 8:30A. At this time I was told that they were unsure how long it would take but being that I was the first one there they would take care of it. Went by 5.5 hours later only to find my untouched truck, all our stalls are full. They werent full at 8:30. Ive had work done here before and was happy with work and price. Ill go elsewhere.

        I have had several vehicles and I only use Auto Alarm of Laredo, they do excellent work and staff is knowledgeable on tints and all products they install. Neel is a great businessman, he started with very little, but know his business is thriving! Congratulations to Neel and all the hard working people at this place. Norma
