Beware! Rented a place managed by this realtor. Walls needed to be painted, blinds were damaged, light fixtures were broke, plumbing was turned off in one of the bathrooms, and one of the mirrors was missing. Liked it so much, I rented as is. I even paid to have the AC repaired and the mailbox rekeyed. Lived there 2/3 yrs. Upon moving I learned they were keeping my deposit to repair all previous tenants issues. Take photos, document and have witnessed.

They never return calls, they do everything through text message. I called a couple of times to ask question and they're always in a bad mood. You need to be recommended by someone for them to take you serious.

My son relocated to Texas and was looking for a home to rent.  Areli Martinez came very highly recommended.  This is quite the understatement as we have never dealt with a realtor who was more professional, honest and caring.  Areli not only found the perfect place for my son but went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure that he understood the entire process.  One year later he decided to purchase a home. Back to Areli he went and again, she went above and beyond to find him his perfect home.  She is not only a fabulous realtor but also a genuine, caring person who treats you like family.  From the first phone call to the day he closed  (and even after), we knew he was in good hands.  I would recommend Areli at Lula Morales Realty Inc lulamoralesrealty.com for all of your rental or home buying needs.  She has definitely set the bar high for any Real Estate Agency!

Beware of their deceptive practices. We were looking to rent a home at 8812 Justice with one of their realtors Javier Garcia. We viewed a home and were told the rent was listed at $1,700. We let him know the size of our family and that we owned two small pets. He let us know that the property listing said no pets but the current renters had 2 big dogs and a cat so he would run it by the renter and see if they would approve before submitting the application or we could just not mention that we owned pets. We said we would not lie about the pets because it would be very obvious that we owned our dog. When we decided to submit our application, he stated that we could run the application with pets after all. We were very clear that we were looking for a home that accepted our pets. So we paid the $45 fee. Later in the day he called us stating that our credit check passed and that the renters stated that we could move in with pets but that the rent would now be $1,800. The renter wanted to charge $100 more a month because they were allowing us to have our pets. We declined and stated that we just were not willing to pay the extra $100 that had we known that the rent was going to be so high we would have not run our credit. He reached out to us a few more times and even tried to ask us if we wanted to re submit our application without mentioning the pets on the application to try to get the rent lowered back to the original $1,700. We let him know again that we were not interested in the home because we were told pets were ok before running our credit and after submitting the application, they raised the rent price. We didn't feel comfortable and wondered if the renters would try to change the agreement in the future about monthly rent or something else. We told Javier that we were going to keep looking elsewhere. Fast forward a few months later after speaking with another realtor and letting them know our situation we went through with the previous home they stated that renter should not have changed price after our credit was run that we were entitled to a refund of the fee because the terms were changed by the owner. My husband called Javier to ask why we were not given the refund. Javier then told my husband that the renter never requested $100 more a month for the pets. He said that what he was going to do was make an offer on our behalf to the renter that we would agree to pay $1,800 a month in order to outbid the other applicants. My husband was shocked when Javier said this, we never had a conversation about this, and we were told multiple times and have it in a text that the renters were asking $100 more. We stated numerous times that we thought $1,700 for the property was way too high to begin with no way did we want to pay $1,800.Long story short to get our refund he wanted to meet my husband at a random place to get the refund and we refused and wanted to meet at the Lula Morales Realty location to speak in person as we wanted to complain at the office. In the office he stated that we must have misunderstood that the renters wanted to raise the price $100 over asking price if we wanted to keep our pets that what happened is that he told the renters that we wanted to offer $1,800 monthly rent. We never EVER said we wanted to do this. He did this behind our back.1. He lied to us that we could run the application and credit with pets.2. He lied that the renters were asking $100 more a month if we wanted to rent.3. He lied to renters that we had agreed to offer more a month.4. He lied to us today that he never told us about the renters wanting to raise the rent that we probably miss understood (we have text conversations where it is mentioned we did not want to rent because of the $100 increase from the renters)5. He wanted us to resubmit the application days later and lie to the renter that we would in fact have pets on the property. When we were in Javier's office and he continued to lie and switch his story around we wanted the broker to be informed about all this and we were passed to Areli Martinez. We told her our story numerous times and she tried many times to find a way to pass off what Javier did as acceptable. She stated that he could have applicants offer more to outbid others. But she failed to understand that we never agreed to this and never were we going to pay more. We were told the renters were the ones raising the amount. Then Javier admitted that renters never raised the rent. If we paid more, it was going to be because Javier went behind our back and told renters we wanted to pay more. Finally, after I saw we were getting nowhere I told Mrs. Martinez that I really didn't care we did our part in informing her about what happened, we were not going to be dealing with their company again but I thought brokers should know what illegal practices their realtors were doing behind their back as it could one day get them in trouble with the state. She said she would talk to him.
