        The entire experience with GH Pools was outstanding. They were diligent in every detail from design concept to explaining the functionality at the end of the project. The different teams that came by thru the various phases of the project were all very cordial and professional. I highly recommend they be considered if you are planning on building a pool. Luis is very knowledgeable and responsive.

        We purchased a PentAir pool heater and was installed by GH Pools about 2 weeks after they received it. After 8 months it started leaking/spilling water and when we called in for warranty they told us that since they werent the company that serviced our pool monthly we probably didnt keep the pool up to or and would not honor the warranty, PentAir used the same excuse.

      Hello. Yes, as stated, it’s a manufacturer warranty. We followed up and submitted the pictures of the unit to Pentair. Due to bad water chemistry all the tubing was corroded and causing the leaks. Manufacture did not accept responsibility since it is not a manufacturing defect.We remain at your service for any other concerns.G.H Pools
