        Last straw was when even after they forgot to give me documents from an appt they refuse to give them when i try to pick them up all while being late for work. They make you wait in the Laredo heat for hours when you have an appt in the car! Poor children so inhumane. Why so scared of persons who aren't even sick? Why be in the medical industry if you going to treat your own patients like that? Not everyone can afford to have the car on for so long while the gasoline prices are so high. Very unprofessional receptionists since i started there over 9 yrs ago. Will be moving my children elsewhere.

        Excellent doctor. I always recommend her to others people about her service. The only issues I have about is the building. It's hot in there. The building is old.
