The job assessments from Hiring Solutions have allowed me to make better decisions about candidates. The intelligence I get from them not only tells me if the candidate is right for the position, it also tells me how to best manage the employee. I will not even hire a part time person without sending them to Hiring Solutions. A hiring mistake is just too costly. For the small fee, it's a no brainer.

Don't waste your time here! Totally unprofessional and inexperienced staff. Actually this business is located in Okemos (yes, they need to buzz you in-is this Detroit!??). Interviewer took the time to schedule an appointment to go over resume and application that I had previously submitted. Once seated, the interviewer (woman who did not identify herself-no name tag, no business card) proceeded to ask me why I was there?! Told me that I was hardly qualified for the position. Wait a minute, isn't that your job to pre-qualify applicants prior to scheduling an in-person interview. Whole "interview" took less than 10 minutes. Unprofessional! Businesses please think twice before using their services to recruit your new staff!
