Im writing this from the parking lot. I just walked in and ordered food to go, the counter staff was quick and on point. The food came out timely, but as I sat there waiting the cook constantly berated the help loud enough for everyone in the dining room to hear. Quite frankly I felt bad for the staff and I can see why they have hiring for all positions posted everywhere. Upon getting home and attempting to eat the food, I was even more disappointed. I ordered a chicken parm sub and curly fries. The chicken was hard and crunchy and had a funky taste, as well as the fries. They were overcooked and tasted like dirty oil. I live less than a mile away but will not be going back.
