We had two brand new Bosch air conditioners installed one upstairs and one downstairs while we were away visiting family on the West Coast. They were bought at the same time and installed on two separate dates. When we returned home to our surprise the outside units were different colors. We notified Red Law and they committed to replace one of the units. A few months had gone by and we noticed a puddle of water in the crawlspace that was coming from the downstairs unit.We notified Red Law And they came out after my second phone call to the office. The Tech who first came out tried to blame the dripping of water from the unit on the condition of the crawlspace. After 21 years of having the original AC units in the home there may have been slight mold on the original unit but nothing in comparison to the water dripping from the new unit that was installed only a few months ago. A second Technician was dispatched out to the house on the same day and speculated that the water was probably dripping from the wrapping on the duct work. This situation could have been avoided if they would have just replaced the original wrapping. As of today this situation is ongoing and has not been resolved yet.
