Short staffed because people don't understand the help people with memory lost need.Great place to work if you can find love and compassion to be with the residents.

My mom has been a resident at Magnolias of Lancaster for almost a year. She is very well taken care of and loved by all the caregivers. There are many activities that the residents can participate in. The food is excellent and the facility is very clean. I was very apprehensive about placing my mom in a residential care facility, but once I was introduced to Magnolias, I knew that my mom would be well cared for. I cannot express my gratitude enough to all the wonderful people who work at Magnolias. Thank you all for the love, compassion and care you give to all your residents.

From the time I inquired about Magnolia of Lancaster and spoke to staff (Heather), they have gone above and beyond to educate me on the facility and services they provide. From the time our loved one became a resident she has felt very welcomed, comfortable and at home. She constantly praises the staff and services she receives. I recommend this place highly to anyone in need of this type of service.
