Overall poor experience with this company. Theyre unresponsive and unprofessional. Would not recommend renting from them, the staff is terrible and so is the condition of their properties.

A year ago, I moved from Texas and really appreciate how Angela with Susquehanna Realty made the process moving into an apartment from out of state so smoothly. No one is perfect and I believe in providing everyone a benefit of the doubt. An issue did arise last week, however the way Angela came through makes me feel content that I renewed my lease. This past wknd, my vehicle got towed after I signed for parking space, (I'm human I started panicking + money out of my pocket) and Angela was out of the office, the front desk rep let me know she would be in Monday and would relay the msg. Within 3days she sent me an email apologizing for the misunderstanding and inconvenience the towing company caused and provided a solution to credit me. Made me feel like family, taken care of ya'll! Thank you Angela and Susquehanna team I appreciate yall turning this around for me.
