Our first encounter with The Groffs funeral home was a surprise blessing in disguise when my grandmother passed away. You are welcomed with respect, compassion and endless amounts of support through and beyond the not so pretty side of losing someone you loved deeply. Upon reaching a year of her passing, I found myself reaching once again back out to Dave to help arrange now my mothers final arrangements. Its not everyday you have a funeral director on speed dial but, if and when you find yourself in need I hope you turn to The Groffs. You will be in great hands.

So unbelievably kind. Helping our family get through one of the hardest day of our lives. From the men that came to the home to the first phone call. Kind compassionate are the words that come to mind. Can't thank them enough. David Groff you are the best.

Above and beyond, that's the only way to describe the customer service that was provided by David Groff and the entire funeral home. The customer service that was given by Groff Funeral Home through David's representation, went way beyond what I expected. The information and guidance that was provided to me as I was going through such a difficult time will never be forgotten. David guided me through all the questions and forms, helped in planning the viewing, the memorial service, made sure everyone was accommodated, and gave me comfort through all of these things. It was far beyond what I expected and it didnt feel like it was just business, it was personal to them. The funeral home is beautiful inside and all the staff are very warm and attentive. I have to thank Randy, Tom, and Michele also for being so warm and caring. But everyone there that helped serve our family was just more than you could hope for during your time of sorrow of losing someone so dear. You don't find that kind of service these days and if you happen to experience it like I did you won't ever forget it. Thank you so much Groff Funeral Home.

My sisters and I recently took our father to Groff Funeral to handle our mother's funeral arrangements. Explaining the limited money our father had available, Spencer said that if we were willing to make concessions he would 'make it work.' We did, and he did. He actually came below what Dad had available. We all are extremely happy with Vincent. He more than met our needs. Thank you very much Vincent!
