I love the environment, the location is prime for shopping and easy access to several different highways, lastly, the staff at Bentley Ridge have addressed every concern I have brought to them in a prompt manner!!! I would highly recommend Bentley!!!

Been living here over a year and the apartment and community itself are wonderful. There are two ponds that have local ducks and swans that hang out daily, also adorable to see the baby ducks in the summer months. Maintenance team is great and response is 1-2 days tops. My only complaints are rent unfortunately increasing by $100 since moving in feb. 2023, and the girls in the leasing office that give you short, rude responses if you make them do their job a little too much or ask too many questions- maybe Ive just had the luck of catching them on a bad day(s)... Other than those two things, its great here. Gym is decent, Theres also a dog park, veggie garden, mini car wash & vacuum station all available within the community for residents. The grass/shrubs and grounds are always well maintained. Walls are unfortunately slightly thin (at least in the newer buildings/units) and i can easily hear neighbors below and next to me. I hear when my neighbor takes a shower in the morning bc the shower head makes an obvious and faintly obnoxious squeak sound for example.
