If your looking for a Ear nose and Throat Doctors office Run this is not were you want to go. Its a shame I really loved Doctor Rizzo but in my last two visits. I was treated with so much disrespect from the front desk and audiologist. Im a pretty easy going person but I will not put up with disrespect. There are plenty of doctors that have good staff find another place to go.

The only person I liked was the receptionist! The audiologist wouldn't stop treating my like a two year old and did not listen to me when I explained that I am losing my hearing, but I have always had hypersensitivity to soundwaves, so of course I can tell when the thing beeps (even if I actually don't hear the sound). So it wasn't going to be accurate.
The doctor decided to tell my my hearing loss was due to my jaw when something ruptured in my ear drum, but they made me wait about 2 or 2.5 months before getting me in after the rupture anyway. Worse ENT EVER!!!

The office visit didnt materialize due to insurance issues. However, the interaction with receptionist and her customer service was good.

The actual treatment was very good. But when I received $113 copay bill and the $50 Uber ride round-trip it took me out of the affordability in other words I have to be deaf for one ear
