J and G heating is the only place to go for heating and Ac needs. More then one time upon calling Jason with issues with one of our heat pumps. He provided extremely fast service and came out if not the same day it was first thing the next day. He actually cares about customer service unlike a lot of other repair shops who are only out for a buck. So if you are looking for a loyal, trustworthy, HVAC mechanic. Do not hesitate to call Jason.

I realized our air conditioning was not working this morning. I call J & G @8:30 AM. Our air was fixed by 10:30 AM. Totally impressive! The Service Tech was wonderful. Very kind and friendly. He even took the time to have a conversation with my 5 year old grandson. They installed our geothermal system 13 years ago. We've only had minor service 2 times since then. I would definitely recommend this company! Service: A/C system repair

We had a company( which is out of business-go figure and has open complaints with the BBB ) convince us a year ago that the home needed a brand new unit up in the attic- miraculously the 5 year warranty had run out just months before....so the original problem was the AC would not come back on after we switched over to heat for a couple days. The crooks in the purple and white vans installed a new unit, forgot to fill it with freon, didn’t work, came back the next day and filled it, AC worked ( I didn’t think to switch to heat) low and behold when it got cold we switched to heat.....then no AC! This is on a system less than a year old- so we called J&G off of Facebook reviews. Very quick, on time, tech was outstanding (ask for Nick- he’s awesome and extremely knowledgeable) he informed us the previous company basically through wires into our attic, wired everything incorrectly and basically had done the level of work you’d expect out of a 4th grader. Nick fixed the one wire that got us back up and running but let us know we could only use heat or not use AC. Gave us a great deal on the work he had done( one wire...)and said they’d send me a quote to re-wire the entire system to get it working correctly. Luckily he had gotten us up and running 3 days before the freeze! I have had some issues communicating with the office staff, which has dragged out my issues. But honestly it is mostly on me, and I will definitely have them do the work needed on my system in the future.
