I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Barry from Custom Plumbing! One evening this week, we discovered a leak in our basement that had the potential to escalate quickly into flooding our basement. I've had excellent experiences with Custom Plumbing before so I quickly called their emergency number and was fortunate enough to have Barry come to our home within the hour! From the moment he arrived, it was evident that we were in capable hands. Not only did he swiftly assess the situation with expertise and precision, but he also took immediate action to mitigate the leak, preventing any further damage to our basement. His professionalism and calm demeanor helped alleviate my anxiety during what could have been a very stressful ordeal. What truly sets Barry apart is his attention to detail and commitment to going above and beyond for his clients. Not only did he resolve the immediate issue with the leak, but he also took the time to inspect and ensure that our battery backup for the sump pump was in proper working order. His thoroughness and dedication were truly commendable. To add to this, his charge for the service was extremely reasonable! I cannot recommend Barry and Custom Plumbing highly enough!! I'm a DYIer but I had a plumbing issue I couldn't sort out myself -- a smell in the bathroom, from a bad vent. Barry came out, diagnosed the issue, and advised me how to fix it myself. He took a half hour, was extremely friendly and informative, and didn't charge me a thing! I couldn't be more pleased. If I have another plumbing job, I'm certainly going to call Barry!

Im all about supporting local small businesses but never again with this one. The owner is disrespectful and ignorant. Save yourself the trouble, and call anyone else.
