        Bad staff rude and dont know what there doing. Went in and both staff did not know why my laptop didnt turn on. Stated that it was cracked. Called customer service for the brand of my laptop told me how to fix it and now it turn on. Im glad I didnt ship out to get a new screen like they said it need done.

        Not a good experience. Had them come out to mount a TV, they didn't know how, ended up doing it myself. Then wasted 45 minutes on the phone with them with out resoultion. Call center is located in India, poor customer service. Better off doing it on your own or seek local co

        New car stereo installed. ~2 months and the screen went black. . . seemed to be power related. Scheduling with them was a bit of a pain but once this was done everything else was smooth sailing. They provided fast and friendly service. They explained the issue and everything was covered under warranty.

        Decent overall. They were friendly and helped us. The representative was honest and told us that the repair would be more than the worth of the computer, and it wasn't worth it. I appreciated the honestly! And it was at least a free consultation, which was nice.
