Called the office scheduled an appointment to have the tub drain unclogged in my 57 yr old home lady on the phone was pleasant and had the plumber dispatched to the house. Plumber arrived and snaked out the tub line said that he cleared the line but there is a water leak in the main drain line and would require cutting out the concrete to replace the line. He would need his supervisor to estimate the repair and that they would contact me. . I called back into the office because no one had contacted me and the lady that I had spoken to was shocked. That I had not been called with a quote. She said she would contact him and have him contact me. Well three days have gone by with no use of the only tub/ shower in the House so I decided to look into the leak. I found that their is a rubber mission coupler in the drain line that the plumbers snake poked a hole in. I replaced the coupler and low and behold!!!! No leak besides no leak the drain line is still. Clogged. I called back and got ahold of the owner Scott I was explaining to him what happened and what I had found and the age of the house he immediately cut me off stating that there was no way they could guarantee pipes that old and that it is probably a rusted out pipe, REALLY probably????? (His response should have been “let me send someone right out to snake it again and evaluate to verify it was a rusted out pipe” instead of making up reasons to keep the money in his pocket) I explained that they never cleared the line which the plumber said he had cleared. Keep in mind the drain leaked and was never used after the plumber claims to have cleared it. The owner Scott continued to talk over me while I was attempting to work on a solution his temperament went up and I than told him to just refund me my money. He stated that he provided a service and that he would reduce the bill but he has the service call That's totally unacceptable and I can’t believe the customer service that the owner provides his community/customers. Needlessly to say I have no trust and will be renting a snake to do the job myself. I will follow up this review on the outcome.

This level of rating is not based on the fact that Beckett Plumbing could not come out for our emergency leak in our ceiling. However, it is based on the fact that once they told me it would be two days before they could help me, they would not recommend any other plumber in the valley who I could call. Not cool!

We (My church) have used their services twice. Very nice and professional with a heart. We sent a check for what we had estimated the amount to be. When we recieved the bill it was a lot higher than expected. Called them to let them know we would pay the remaining balance quickly. The owner thought about it and said "its paid in full". Thank You, Jesus for a company with a heart.

Small repair at my 83-year old father's house. Finished quick and efficiently. In repairing, made a small cosmetic error that will go unseen forever. Refused to accept any money from my father even though the quote was $95 and my father could surely afford it. Hard to best that kind of business ethic.
