We've used Steve from Gruen for years on our 2 HVAC sys. At the house. The 40 year old sys. system finally had to be replaced. He did a great job with new system, had to be craned on and new ducting. What a difference.  Thanks again.

Gruen Aire was contracted through Fidelity Home Warranty to repair my HVAC unit. The same day I put the service request in through Fidelity, Steve called to set up an appointment, which was great. Fast reply!He was flexible with appointment times (though it may have just been timing) and he arrived exactly on time the day of. He was cordial and professional and got right to work tracking down the problem. He didn't have the part he needed, but was quick to schedule a follow-up visit for the installation.I told him I'd be out of town the following week which was no problem. He got back in touch exactly one week later and was able to come by last minute to do the install. After 30 min, he was done and my HVAC was good as new!I would not hesitate call Gruen Aire if I ever needed non-home warrantee work done. Very pleased!
