Britney was amazing. She was so nice and personable. She took me in last minute and did a great job with my hair. She offered a lot of useful haircare advice. I'm definitely going back. Service: Balayage

I called and asked to see if any of their stylists had an opening to do a style and cut (I have naturally curly hair) the receptionist took down my information and told me someone will reach out shortly. Later that day I got a text from a stylist named Britney we sent a few txts back and forth about what I wanted and then sent pictures of my hair and she completely ghosted me. I would have felt better if she said Im sorry but Im not sure if I could do curly hair. But instead didnt respond. Very unprofessional of her and shows what kind of company Bella west is. Ive been going there for years and have never been treated this way.

Rebecca was so knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything she was doing and giving options. Love my hair and the salon was cute and comfy!
