I had a prior experience that rubbed me the wrong way with being overcharged on a service right after I had my annual maintenance and was told my unit was in great condition. Then it was only two years old. I was leary to call again as I feel I was scammed prior. But I did call again. This time around I asked for a different technician. The technician was very very nice. The reason for the 3 stars is several reasons. My unit is less than 4 years old. Supposedly under the 10 year warranty. I was told I was sold a not so good air purifier by a technician at the company called Dan. The bulb already burned out. I was told they dont really sell this purifier because of this reason. Well then why was it sold to me. I hsve a toddler and infant. This was important to us and to think its not even working is very upsetting. I informed the tech I wanted the bulb replaced as this was the whole point in purchasing this add on at the time. He said he doesnt carry this bulb on him as they dont really like to sell this brand of purifier. Then why was it sold to me??? By your same company less than 4 years ago??? Needless to say its currently not working. He said he will get back to me the next day with the price for the bulb and to see if there is still a warranty to cover this. Its been a week in a half and still nothing. Ive felt burned and ripped off prior by this company and now this incident.
