I've had the pleasure of working and getting to know the team at Advanced Health Care and it has been a great experience. They are truly genuine humans that care about what they do....it's no suprise that they have been in 39 years. Sharla, Ron, Julie, and Lynessa have built such a great team of employees and caregivers that I whole heartedly recommend anyone in the south puget sound to give them a call if you are looking for trusted care of a loved one.

Advanced Health Care has been amazing for me and my family. I am the primary caregiver for my Mom while I work. I could not offer my social time to my Mom without Advanced Health Care. Before I hired AHC, I spent most of my time with my Mom cleaning her home and taking care of her needs. Now I walk into her home and see that there is much less to do so I can now spend quality time with her. My mom is healthier, both physically and mentally. She tells me stories her caregivers share with her. She feels more connected to her community. She is more invigorated. I think it is important to find the best connection between caregiver and care receiver. AHC understands this and is willing to switch caregivers to meet the recipient's needs. I have had to switch caregivers and/or appointment times. Each time I do so, there is no judgment. I make a request and they always deliver. AHC has helped me and my Mom immensely. I could go on but I choose to make this short. AHC is an amazing organization, able to help and led by compassion.

I with this company for almost five years and I got hurt on the job went on LI but worked part time. Got released to go back full time and they just told me they didnt have the hours for me. I would call everyday and was told the same answer. Finally one day I got a call from the supervisor and she told me to come to the office after my shift. I did and she informed me I was fired because she has a witness that I was taking care of my client wife. ( the client past away two years before this). Im pretty sure it was because I went on LI because I had excellent reviews until that day.
