They brought the old fashioned tow car up in the air truck . Didn't even ask me what I needed. I needed a flat bed or my car would have gotten screwed up. I made them go back and bring a flat bed. Finally, I got one. So it all finally worked out!

This place is so unorganized definitely towed my friends truck and couldn't find it in their system even though I can see it in their yard still working out the issue.

This towing unprofessional and the stuff so rude
When they have auction every week they make fake bids to get the cars for themselves
Not recommended and please DO NOT waist your time there you will not get anything

One thing I didn't care for is that if you are going to state you open your business at a certain time. Then please do so. I shouldn't have to call wondering why I can not get into your business.
