        This is the best vet office we have ever been to. We have two dogs, the older of which has severe anxiety issues but the vets here do very well with him. They always follow up after visits with a text message and actually answer questions by text if we have them.

        Took both of my boy cats here for a basic exam. My oldest was experiencing some scary symptoms & then I found out my youngest is obese weighing at 21 pounds. They were professional & nice. I would go back.

        Horrible customer service. In had no idea about their 7 minutes policy. I drove all the way across town and my GPS took me to the wrong location. I was exactly 7 minutes late and they refused me. I get the respect of being on time but there wasnt anyone there. How about just act like a decent human being over a stupid policy. Its in a super ghetto location anyway. Responding to the response by VCA: Your staff does not nor did they state anything about your policy and nowhere on your website doe it indicate anything about a 7-minute policy. Just simply based on the exchange with your staff I would never bring my animal to your client. I highly doubt you are sorry about the "impact of your unwritten unspoken policy" had on my visit.

        I brought my cat in for a checkup. Betty was a few days shy of becoming 19 years old. When Dr. Stocks saw her she immediately noticed her age and her old kitty struggles. Dr. Stocks was very kind and her bedside manner is the best of any vet I have ever experienced. We discussed treatment options, but it was determined that my kitties' condition wasn't the best so the best recommendation was to euthanize Betty. While Dr. Stocks provided all the treatment options, I knew Betty wouldnt be any better than her condition at the time. Dr. Stocks was so sensitive and kind to the situation and, the best part, she brought out some whipped cream for Betty to lap up. She lapped it up very appreciatively. A great last snack. I will be coming back for all my pets needs. Thank you for everything.
