        This location has horrible customer service and the wait time to pay a phone bill was extremely too long. When I use to work at T-mobile every customer that walked in was acknowledged regardless if the store was busy or not. The point of having computers and tablets are to multitask.

        I have been with T-Mobile for 20 years and I must say this is one if not the worse phone company ever. They slow my date down after nine or ten days because my bill if set at 40 dollars monthly so they'd rather I just go to another company so that they can get more money from the new customers and more costly plans.
