    APRIL 7th 2024 STILL NO LIVINGROOM FURNITURE !!! ORDERED 11/24/23 JUST GOT AN EMAIL ESTIMATED SHIPPING TO STORE 4/30/24 !!! LOOKING AT MAY. MAYBE , IF NOT ANOTHER LIE !! 6 MONTHS AND PAID IN FULL SO UNACCEPTABLE !! ** BEWARE OF BEING TOLD ITS IN STOCK BUT WILL TAKE A COUPLE WEEKS *** We wanted to order a Stressless chair, the color we wanted wed have to wait months for a special order. So we ordered a color we really didnt want but told the other color was in stock but would take a couple weeks, those couple weeks turned into over a month, then was going to be even longer. We ended up canceling the chair that was almost $5,000.00. The sales lady was very upset we wanted to cancel said shed have to talk to her manager and hung up. Manager called wanted to know why we wanted to cancel, um waiting months for something we were told was in stock would be a good reason! He issued our refund and was received in a day. So my son and girlfriend on November 24th ordered mattresses, bedroom furniture and living room furniture spending almost $15,000.00. Told everything would be ready beginning of January. When they reached out on delivery were told bedroom furniture is available but still waiting on the living room furniture. They decided to have the bedroom furniture delivered January 5th and agreed they would not be charged for delivery of the living room furniture since it is late. Told a couple weeks, then not till February. Now being told March!! They advised this was unacceptable and asked for compensation since they ordered in November. Theyve been told no compensation will be made as its the manufacturer and it was a special order because of the color. But when they ordered in November were told it all would be there first part of January. So Schneidermans knew it was a Special order in November!! Now looking at almost 4 months for the living room furniture. They paid for everything in full because it would be available first of January. But now its not Schneidermans fault its because its a special order. So all buyers BEWARE if told its in stock. Schneidermans has to be completely aware of these delays manufacture or not they know of these delays. Just get that sale then turn it around on the customer! They had plenty of time for the special order. Then to not offer anything other than an apology. After spending so much and putting trust in Schneidermans poor business ethic all around!

We have attempted to look up your return as we'd like to connect with you as this is not a typical experience with stocked Stressless chairs. If you could please contact us at the store directly we would appreciate it since we cannot find records according to your Google name. In regards to the order for your daughter, we understand the delays are extremely frustrating.
