My 1st app't since Covid19 shut everything down. I was impressed with steps taken to keep everyone safe..patients and staff. I only needed a cleaning but having to go 9 months rather than 6..my hygienist, Beth had her work cut out for her. Thank you to all staff..you are appreciated!

I’ve been going to this dentist office for years and have had wonderful experiences with all the employees until my most recent visit. The dentist (Dr. Ranney I believe) informed me he was going to try using a different numbing medicine for my fillings. In the beginning it all was going okay but the numbing medication began to wear off prematurely. In the middle of my filling I began flinching and wincing in pain and the dental hygienist asked me if I was feeling it. I mumbled a “yes” as good as I could with all the tools and equipment in my mouth, and the Dr. responded by saying “Oh I guess (someone’s name) wasn’t kidding when they said it wore off fast” and he said something about being almost done I think, but continued (not offering to stop and numb it more) and I pushed through the pain until the end. Shortly after the appointment the numbing was completely gone and I endured probably the worst pain I’ve ever felt where I got the filling. Not only was the Dr. reckless in continuing the filling when I voiced that I was in pain, I was left unprepared for the immense pain I was about to feel after the numbing fully wore off. I was very disappointed to be left with such an awful experience after years of going to this office, this was certainly my last.

The staff here is amazing to say the least! Dr.Ranney is an amazing dentist! He makes you feel very comfortable and that's hard for me to find in a dentist. Trudy is equally amazing! She will answer any questions you may have and give her opinion and expertise on your situation. So glad I made the decision to move over here!
