These people left me hanging. They charged me for having a tech show up to my house and did a small repair but needed a new motor. The tech told me he would come back the next day. Never did and its been 3 days. Havent received a call and when I decided to call them, the lady I spoke to hangs up on me because of my frustration. What a B!!!!

Dealt with Payne a few times and every time has been great! John Harris came out to replace a coil on my unit and I cannot recommend him enough. Absolute class act and extremely helpful. Highly recommend Payne!

The technician dispatched to perform repairs on my residential A/C unit today was Jerrold. Though it is never pleasant to have an A/C issue, he made the situation as painless as possible. He was pleasant and extremely patient as he explained his diagnosis and recommendations. He made the necessary repairs keeping me fully updated all the while. Would not hesitate to recommend Payne A/C & Heating service technician Jerrold!

Adam was our service tech, and he was beyond great! Went above and beyond to make sure it was not just fixed but explained what the problem and how to do better maintenance and spot small problems before they become bigger problems. I do have a maintenance contract with them, and I have not been let down yet. Adam set the bar a lot higher for the other already great techs that have given us service before. Thank you to all the techs that keep our most important system running here in Florida.

Payne installed my AC in my home approximately 18 years ago. Since I have owned the home, I have used them for preventative maintenance. They are top notch. I spoke with Justin (project manager) last week (Friday) about purchasing a new unit due to it's age and a refrigerant leak. To my dismay, Justin quoted me a price, was able to verify the parts were in stock and was also able to have an appointment scheduled for today (Tuesday). He even showed up prior to his workers' arrival to explain the process and ensure I understood everything. To the end, he watched over the gentlemans' every move and ensured they did a proper job by a video walk-around at the end of the process. Also, the workers were strictly professional! This is a very professional company and I would highly recommend!...Never do you see a project manager at your home before the job begins, Justin is an anomaly!
