3/10/18 Update: A representative from Superior came to my home today to remedy the situation. The carpet now looks much better! I'm still disappointed with the initial visit, but happy that the company decided to try to make things right. Thank you!
3/3/18 HORRIBLE! Left my carpet looking worse than when they started. They were in and out in less than five minutes and did nothing to take the stains out of my carpet! What a rip-off!! They took advantage of my elderly mother. Shame on them!!
