For me, Steve has done 3 home inspections and also 3 "4 Point / Wind Mitigation inspections". He has done EXCELLENT work for me EVERY TIME, or I would not continue to pay for his service. He is very knowledgeable. While he does his inspection, you can walk along side while he takes pictures, takes notes, speaks to you about what you have, what problem this could be, solutions, etc... If he found and showed me structural issues in a home (1 of the 3 he did), I was THANKFUL that he showed and informed me so I would not buy something that needed another $30,000 worth of repairs after I bought it... His prices are reasonable, he is prompt, has excellent communication and I will continue to use and refer him.

This guy goes to every house and says it had structural issues. Then he doesn't have the guts to talk to the sellers after he blows the sales. Why would any Realtor want to run thier sale?
