I've been to this location before and had a good experience with Dr. Farah. Our latest appointment was with Dr. Abrams and the experience was much different.
I have very little faith in the Dr and his ability to do the exam. He didn't seem to know how to work the computer or equipment and kept leaving the room abruptly to get help. I just hope that the prescription my son receives is correct. (We haven't picked up his new glasses yet.)
I asked one question of the Dr and he didn't answer the question but rather spoke about a few topics that had no connection to what I was asking. The other staff were polite and helpful.
They charged a "required" retina imaging fee of $37 which is not covered by insurance. This has always been optional when I've gone elsewhere. I was told with this retina imaging being done the dilation is optional but Dr. Abrams put the drops in my son's eyes without asking if he wanted to be dilated.
My key take aways - only schedule if you can get in with Dr. Farah and be prepared to pay an extra $37. Also, just expect them to run behind and allow yourself a couple of hours.

Dr. Farah provides excellent care and service. Shes kind and spends time explaining options. Shes an outstanding provider!
