*** update*** I called the manufacturer they sent me a new one. And this one is much faster. Awesome little 99$ rc. As for the customer service at this store it stinks. Buyer beware don't expect help from the Lakeland store.

I have bought 3 rcs and lots of parts from this place and everyone was very nice.the old man would fix my stuff for free because I was a kid but he wanted me to watch him so I learned how to do it.im very sad it is going out of business.

The old, white haired employee was the worst human I have ever dealt with as a retail customer. I couldn't believe how incredibly unprofessional and rude this man was. I worked retail for 6 years so I know how hard it can be, but his behavior was unacceptable. I went in about 30 minutes before close with my plane to ask a few very straight forward questions about my new plane not responding when I gave it throttle. He told me he didn't have time to help due to them closing soon. He didn't even try to help me. He just looked at me like I was asking the world of him and basically told me to take a hike. I would avoid asking this individual for any assistance. If I have another bad experience, I won't go back. I try my best to support local businesses, but going through that garbage is NOT worth it. On a separate note - I noticed a very demeaning response to a Google review from the owner, correcting the spelling of the reviewer. Who does that as a business owner?? Maybe they just don't care anymore...
