OVER CHARGE AND COULD NOT EXPLAIN "GRACE" only works here lied would never go again except to get a refund

At first I thought they were good - but then they cleaned and pressed my daughter's graduation and left the tag on the dress which caused the ink to stain several spots on the dress. When I brought it back to them and said i needed it same day for graduation, they were "too busy". They wouldn't fix their mistake and apparently there is no one there to talk to other than the cashier who claims she works alone...horrible.
