This office is run like a mill. Just go in for a schedualed appoint and WAIT! Had an appointment with Dr Dietrich specifically and after 1 hour was told he may be able to see me for a min. I dont think thats the type of dr I want for possible rushed injections or anything else.

Today Dr. Humberto Porrata performed a procedure on me consisting of an epidural injection. He is a professional. I recommend him with certainty, as well as his efficient team. The assistant who treated me previously was very kind, as was the one who was with me. doctor at the time of the procedure, not only did I leave there happy, they also filled me with hope, I feel optimistic that they will improve my quality of life, thank you, thank you very much Doctor Porrata and all your efficient team!!!

Very disappointing! I have seen Dr Rasekhi for quite some times for my neck, upper back and arm pain and she doesnt ask me how do I feel . Im in a pain management center and I expect that simple, nice and very important question from the doctor.. Dr Rasekhi has shown that she doesnt care about the patient . Shes always in a hurry, doesnt want to be asked anything . Today she even sighed at my questions which are super few. She just schedules you the epidural , and thats it . She doesnt tell you anything at all, no explanation of anything , and doesnt ask you anything either . I feel that I have no pain management doctor because when I ask her , I feel she gets annoyed for questions that supposedly she cannot answer . But shes the doctor , who else its going to answer the questions . If there is no exact answer , then she should explain it but she doesnt even bother with that . They also like to se d you the nurse practitioner first instead of Dr Rasekhi which I dont accept it . If I cannot talk to her in a follow up appointment and I cannot talk to her on the day of my epidural procedure because everything is fast , and she shows that she doesnt want to be asked , so when am I supposed to talk to my pain management doctor? This is a doctor who I cant talk to , cant ask anything . Not good , dont recommend her .
