First time I used Aqua Pro they over billed on hours. We worked it out after much arguing. The tech was here for 1 hour but claimed more. That was a couple years ago and simply their error. I only went back to them because everyone has a bad day and I believe in second chances. My mistake!! They are too rude and its a shame! Its gonna be a BIG JOB for someone. Just not them. I definitely would never recommend them and its because of the mouth of the other end of the line. Sorry to have to share my disappointment I rarely review if ever! Thats how ugly it was for me.

Super shady business practices! Unbelievably rude aggressive argumentative office management with unethical billing. Lady will tell you its $80 an hour at scheduling then bill you $125 an hour! They seriously need new office management she is just down right nasty to customers. Juan did great work but then his professionalism is ruined by the nasty office management. I get the bill thats not what was discussed and instead of apologizing and making right (or even just being nice) they are nasty and argumentative. They changed the billing rate after work was completed and tried to justify it and negotiate it. Sorry thats not how business works! If you want to charge differently it has to be agreed upon by both parties prior to work being done. Be warned! Wish I would have read all the other similar reviews before hiring them.
