I planned to have an outdoor dinner party, but unfortunately I checked the weather and the prediction 3 days before the dinner it showed heavy rain, thunderstorms and windy. I reached out to the company to see if I could modify my order and remove the tent and tables to save them from getting damaged from the weather. When I called, the lady on the phone was nice but she didnt have authorization to make any decisions. When I asked for a manager, the manger couldnt be bothered, could be heard yelling in the background no refunds!. The receptionist said the manager will call back later. She never did. I called back, and was able to finally talk to the manger, who was rude and nasty. She didnt give me a second to explain the situation or come up with a compromised solution. She wanted the delivery to happen and didnt care if the supplies sat in the rain. Im not going to accept a delivery for items that could be ruined in the weather. Then proceeded to tell me she would charge me $80 if they couldnt deliver the supplies outside in the rain and wind. Advice, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They dont work with customers in good faith and the manager should find another profession since she lacks even the basic customer service skills. If you do order from this business, dont pay full price until the items are delivered on the day of your event and you can check all the supplies. In the end, I cancelled my entire order based off their lack of customer service and no understanding of weather in South Florida.
