We found Dave after contacting several different buyers agents when we first started looking for a house. He responded to us very quickly and set up a phone meeting with us. We knew he was different than others when he didn't mention his sales numbers, rather was more focused on finding us "the perfect home for us." He was straight forward with us every step of the way, and even helped us put in stronger and stronger offers by walking us through the process every time we offered. What really stuck out to us was once we started seeing other people with their realtors touring homes. The other realtors seemed to be trying to sell the house to their clients instead of helping their clients find a great home. Dave was incredibly helpful with any questions we had about different things and wasn't afraid to admit when he didn't know, but always followed up with "but I'll find out for you" and he always did! This was our first time buying a home and the crazy market didn't help, but we felt so confident with Dave guiding us through every crazy turn. To us it felt like he was treating us no different than if he was helping his own kids find their first home. Dave is very professional. We use Dave for all our purchases and will keep using him. I highly recommend him. If there is a snag in buying or selling of a property he finds the solution and gets the job done.
