Sylvan Learning of Lake Mary

I want to thank Sylvan Lake Mary staff for their dedicated commitment in making a positive change towards academic achievements. I recall procrastinating about enrolling my child due to the costs however observing my childs struggles got the best of me and I figured it would be more rewarding seeing my child excel rather than to continue to attempt to remedy the issue which clearly wasnt working out for us at home. Rightfully so! Sylvan was the best decision I ever made for my child. My child had the support of their dedicated staff and as a result was able to gain the skills and confidence to improve his areas of struggle. My child dramatically improved in such short time frame. My childs educators and I are shocked at the growth, confidence and perseverance my child has demonstrated. My child enjoyed attending Sylvan and also met peers he could identify with. Thank you Sylvan LM for all the support you provided!!The staff at Sylvan made it a comfortable and pleasant experience for my child. I will forever be thankful!! My child went from having a poor report card to a superb report card. I will definitely return for continued guidance and support. I also encourage every parent who has a child whose struggling academically to seek their support as it worth the investment! If your child is struggling it will impact their self - esteem. Also the children are acknowledged for their best efforts which also motivates the children to strive. TY Sylvan Lake Mary you guys rock!!!!

Basically took a private a loan tried to cancel NO REFUND, but they would freeze my hours but I have to continue paying.. -__- well make sure that your kid doesn't have an medical... NO ONE TOLD ME THAT IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL YOU STILL OWE MONEY!!

If I can give a zero I would! READ the fine print very closely before you sign the documents; if your grades do not improve or it just does not work out, this Director WILL NOT give a refund on any unused sessions; instead he threatens you with legal action if you don't pay the $1,000s of dollars for services he did not complete. What a nightmare! Buyer beware!
