AdventHealth Lake Mary ER

Beautiful Emergency facility with a great staff. The care I received on my visit was outstanding. They took care of me for 3.5 hours and also made sure my husband was comfortable and cared for. It was 5:00 am. I was there over a shift change and all went smoothly. Both doctors and all staff were wonderful! The doctor that discharged me reviewed all results with me and provided great instructions for my home care.

Staff was excellent. Wait time in the room was long, but overall the experience was not bad.

This place was awesome. I walked in there feeling horrible, and they literally got me in, checked me out, and put in a room within minutes. No more than 15 minutes after being there, I had a chest x-ray done, blood work done, covid in the test done, and was seen by the Dr. I had an IV drip almost immediately administered, was done within an hour and a half after arriving with a diagnosis, and had medications sent to my pharmacy. Literally the best experience I've ever had in an emergency room.

I had a bad fall on April 2 and decided to go the next day to Lake Mary ER Wednesday morning since the pain had intensified. It was approx 7:30 am. I was taken right back by wheel chair. The wait for the doctor was a little long. But once she came in , she explained that she was going to get a CT scan and then give me pain medicine. All of the staff involved were concerned for my comfort and pain control. Diagnosed as a fractured vertebrae in my back and she referred me to a spine specialist. Except for the wait for the doctor I was very pleased with the care I received. We only use Advent Health system for all of our medical needs.
