        Customer service is bad!! Had plants planted and four died after 2 weeks! Would not replace or even call us back!!

        Friendly and knowledge. Mostly covered. Keeps plants less cooked than other nurseries in town.

        A quick trip to the nursery is impossible--we're nearly two hours away. So called to ask about Texas Sage. Serrano's: "Yes, we have them." Me: "What variety?" Serrano's: "I don't know." Explained we can't just drop in, that we need to know what varieties they carry. "Couldn't tell you." Great way to make a sale folks, either really don't know your product line, or don't care to find out. Their competitor at Star Nursery immediately gave us the information we needed, graciously, with class, and even offered to set aside plants for us. You know where our business is going.
