Arizona Coast Ear Nose & Throat

Both Dr Cunning and his medical assistant Daniel were no help at all. This is assembly line medical care at best. After complaining of ear pain in both ears instead of just one from an earlier exam he (Dr Cunning) never even looked at it. Then weeks later I made a simple request to have a disk copy of my CT Scan sent to me by mail instead of driving an hour and a half one way to pick it up and was told by Daniel "NO" that I had to come pick it up. I called a second time days later to ask again and she claimed I was calling her every day and hung up on me. Extremely rude and unhelpful.

Dr Cunning is an amazing doctor. I am 100% confident under his care. He does not push tests or unnecessary procedures on his patients when they are not needed. He takes a very methodical approach when diagnosing a patient and treating them. His patients care is his upmost concern. I trust Dr.Cunning not only for myself but any of my extended family and or friends. There are very far and few doctors who take their time and give you their full undivided attention when it comes to your health. Most are in and out in 5 minutes and just want the money. Dr. Cunning is not one of those doctors. He truly cares as he retains his patients for years.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Dr. Cunning is an amazing doctor! I've been going to him for over 20 yrs now for myself and, when they were younger, for my kids. When my dad moved here 3 1/2 yrs ago I brought him here as well. My dad was impressed and really liked him. Dr. Cunning is intelligent and extremely knowledgeable. He gives clear explanations of his diagnosis as well as any medications that he prescribes. He is upfront about tests that are available as to costs and whether or not they would actually be beneficial. Any tests performed in office are throughly explained beforehand and at each step throughout. Dr. Cunning never makes you feel as if he is rushing you through the appointment. He had a wonderful bedside manner and you can tell that he truly cares about his patients. Sometimes it may be a little difficult to get an appointment as he's so extremely busy, but the front desk personnel is more than happy to put you on the cancelation list and they're great about following up to try to get you in earlier. Phones are always answered and messages are returned. The front desk personnel and office manager are very friendly and helpful. I've observe them always being calm and friendly even if a patient may be upset. They've always done whatever they could to help. I've recommended Dr. Cunning to many people and they've all been very happy. Dr. Cunning is one of those doctors that you never want to lose!

Highly skilled and impressively trained. Very compassionate and caring physician. We are very lucky to have someone of Dr Cunnings caliber in lake Havasu city !
