The company was sold. The great service they offered in the past is gone. The guy that came out the last time did not spray anything even though we had purchased a package. Told me they would not be using trucks just their own personal vehicles. This isnt your daddys Schopens. Avoid at all cost!

I was recommended Schopen from a local facebook group and was not disappointed. Bob the technician that has helped us and their sales team are great! They are informative, very responsive. They have great pricing.

Our service guy Rob Sobotwa, was great!!! Friendly, he explained what he would be doing put his shoe coverings on, and was very professional!!!
The service we had done was to evaluate the home for ants or any such critters, that we are in the process of selling the home.

Patrick called to ask if he could come earlier because I had an inside job and it was starting to rain. I said it would be fine. He did the check for mice and didn't find any! Good. However, he found a little leak in the drain pipe under the bathroom. I am so glad that he found it! He probably saved me $25000! The plumber told me that it was a very recent break and I was very lucky that Patrick told me about it . Thank you, Patrick, for your help!
