I absolutely dislike this company. Its unfortunate my school uses them and we miss out on photos. Save your money and go elsewhere. I never had a company not work with me when it came to not wanting the team photo and replacing it with another picture. I mean what is it..a click of a few buttons. I tried to do a la carte and then Im playing triple. They also offer discount codes but its never for what you want to purchase. Its a joke. Just save your money and higher your own photographer who will charge that same but at least you can get tons of poses and you can choose the photos.

As a senior I was really disappointed with my experience here. They don't seem very plus size friendly and messed up on my photos. The first time I went to get my pictures done, the drape was not put on me correctly, it looked like I was wearing a blanket. I went back after complaining about the drape, the retakes were ok, in and out with in 5 mins. I later found out that I was supposed to be wearing a white cap and gown since I am in Honors, and they put me in a blue one. I had inquired about this earlier (at my first sitting), and they assured me that they had a list. I'm so disappointed with the over all experience and now I am seeing my friend's photos that are also in Honors like me, and they are wearing a white cap and gown.

I had a very bad experience with this company. I ordered one set of senior photos, which I received. And a sports photo, that I did not receive. After calling the office several times, I was told that I got the "download" version of the photo, that's absolutely not what I ordered, and I can't even open the image. Just a waste of money. No help at all from the costumer service department. So disappointed.
