Wow way disappointed been going to them for years so my girlfriend asked so this isn't one of those places you have to wait for hours is it I said oh no they're not like that...called a couple hours before closing on Friday ok call in an hour for pedicure called in an hour can we go tomorrow when I open at at 10 still way before closing, called at 10 can you come at 11am I said I'd have a girlfriend who would like to come also get a pedicure and if enough time a full set but we need to be done by 1:30 /2pm for a party today ok come at 11 :15 ...ok I arrived on time and I get walk ins ok but we arrived she go pick a color which I did and said my girlfriend's parking and would be right in no ok no acknowledgement.ok so we wait with one spa chair open for a good fifteen minutes with no words or prep now of course both ladies had customers but no acknowledgment of hey I called ahead finish the pedicure she was on with the lady and cleaned up of course but still no acknowledgement of hey be right with you guys then the other gal who was working on another customer's nails goes to do her pedicure set up with no acknowledgment of us again...several more minutes the gal with the pedicure customer finishes with her customer cleans up the other spot chair and then says I have one chair ready for pedicure probably 25 minutes after we walked in remember I had an appointment and I'm reasonable I'll even give you 15 minutes when I have an appointment if a customer has other deals or a walk-in but you didn't even acknowledge me . So my girlfriend is sitting there for another 20 minutes and then the gal who was first having her nails done and then a pedicure is now having more nails done and still no acknowledgment to my girlfriend hey I'll be right with you or hey let me set up the spa for you since you've already been waiting a half hour and I'll be right with you you know how you keep a customer customer service.... So 10 minutes into my pedicure after she asks me if I want my nails cut down I say yes but not too short and to be careful because I'm old and have sensitive she nods 3 minutes later she cuts my big toe I said be careful no more cutting you've cut my big toe just go on to the other foot and use a file for anyting else she nods as my girlfriend texts to me are you okay still being completely ignored from across the salon I said yes and then she cuts me again and I say don't cut any more of my feet go to the next foot and use a file for anything else she nods my girlfriend says I don't want to have them do anything to me I'm going to smoke a cigarette outside she felt so uncomfortable being completely ignored that she went out to her vehicle and texted me let me know when you're done I'll help you with your purse and shoes... So once she finished not not being allowed to cut down anymore and miraculously finishing my pedicure I told her before it dried my girlfriend will not be coming back in you completely ignored her she was about to drop over a hundred dollars here and I am not going to get any waxing or manicure either how much do I owe she told me 25 like she told me on the phone I gave her $25 cash and a $5 tip and my girlfriend said why did you tip her when she cut you I said probably just habit so not only did you lose out on my girlfriend ever going there again you have lost my business .... I always try to give a local business a chance so this is very disappointing when I told another girlfriend she said don't do nearly as good as a thorough job as they used to she said I used to go there for years and I stopped going for almost the same reason they just don't seem to care whether you're there or not and don't do a good job after keeping you waiting way longer than should be necessary
