Bow Wow Bath House

First time client and asked them to wash, cut my dog low, and clip her nails. I picked her up and her coat was patchy. There was patches of long hair. They didnt even touch her nails. Didnt even file her nails down. Paw pads still full of fur but had me pay $70. At least she smelled good. Wont be coming back.

I try really hard not to leave bad reviews. I sat on this one for a couple days. On Friday I took my golden doodle in for a summer cut. I knew she was more unkempt than usual so my expectations for keeping length werent high. My girl came back with the choppiest shave. Shes long in areas, shorter in others. Shes too close on her elbows leaving her raw. He nails were not trimmed. Ill never go back.

Very unhappy with services and staff. Had to send my dog back to the groomer twice to have issues taken care of before we could leave. Had to do touch ups myself after getting home. VERY unprofessional owner.
