By far the best dermatologist I have ever been too. Ive been going to Dr. Kramer for years and have never once doubted the care I have been given. Staff is incredibly welcoming and super kind. Everyone went above and beyond to help me.

Absolutely incompetent staff. I initially made an appointment through ZocDoc but never received confirmation from the office (I waited 4 days) so I decided to call them to confirm verbally. I was informed that my time was already booked and they did not expect me to arrive that day. Over the phone, I was offered a new date for the appointment (+1 week). I agreed and they updated my appointment information and confirmed it in ZocDoc. I showed up at the office at the appointed time but was simply told that I was not in their system and my place was booked again by someone else, so they refused me service that day and again offered me a new day. I spent 2 weeks waiting for this appointment and would definitely not recommend making an appointment with them, especially if you have something time-sensitive like I did.

I will never go to another dermatologist again. Dr. Julie Kramer is so gifted. After years of dealing with acne and rosacea, now a few months later I hardly recognize myself. My skin is clear and my skin tone is even. I don't even have to wear makeup anymore! I always have so much fun when I go to the office, all the medical assistants are so attentive and personable. I am so grateful to everyone at Aesthetic Dermatology for truly bettering my life!

Appt with Julie Kramer 2-8-24.Checked with office ahead of time about insurance was told all good. Arrive at appointment was told she does not take my insurance but I could pay cash or reschedule with another doctor. Cracker jack operation. Or they just don't care about others time.

Dr Kramer and PA Julie Kramer are by far the best dermatology specialists and so knowledgeable. I travel from NYC to see them regularly!
